1. How long does it take for my order to arrive and what is the shipping cost?
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time
(not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances)
1）Processing time: 3-8 working days
2）Shipping time: 10 working days
* Shipping time is estimated and starts from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. It may take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance or other causes.
2. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the corresponding tracking number. You can copy the tracking number and search for it in the link below. Please allow 1-2 working days for the tracking information to be available.

3. Will I have to pay taxes?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Contact your local customs office for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.
4. What if the order doesn't arrive?
If you don't receive your order 60 days after dispatch, please contact us at benjamim516@proton.me. We will send you a new order or refund you in full.
